Stanley Ngara is a Kenyan sexual health educator and HIV/AIDS activist widely known by his self-styled title the “King of Condom.” A native of Kiambu County in Central Kenyaafrica.ippf.org, Ngara was deeply affected by the AIDS crisis of the 1980s and ’90s.
